Michelle took me in pretty late in the afternoon on a Saturday (I was so surprised I got in day of), and even though it was getting late (I know many stylists don’t really stay too late on Sats), she really took her time getting to know my hair, asked me questions, and took her time cutting and blowdrying, and then adding some finishing touches. I think prices can vary slightly from stylist to stylist, but it is quite affordable nonetheless. This is a no fuss place, but it’s well decorated in a minimalistic way, and I’ve only ever been here once to get a last minute cut with Michelle, but I left feeling very pleased. You get the high-end results without the stuffy high-end vibe that you sometimes get at really nice salons. Great prices, and the girls here really seem to know what they’re doing! The atmosphere is very comfortable, bright, clean, but non-pretentious. A response would be appreciated at least. Like I said, I was happy with the style– but customer service is seriously lacking. Go to a blow dry bar and skip this place.

However, no one even responded to my email. All they needed to say was yes, it’s $ 65 for a dry style… and then shame on me for not asking about it before, or verifying with the desk before I gave them my credit card. As I thought about it– I figured that maybe there was a mix up or something… so I emailed to verify the price. I was in such a rush, I ran out of there because I was doing a maternity session and had to go. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and got to the desk and was told (after more confusion about who I was and what I had done from the girl at the front) $ 65. However since she was curling my hair, it didn’t make sense to wash it.

When I sat down with Nicole, she was very nice, and to be honest did a great job. $ 65 for a dry style? Seriously? The girl at the desk was very confused when I showed up for my appointment– it took her forever to find it.
